Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with FlowAssistant, including data received from connected services such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, or other integrations.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us at support@flowassistant.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or conversation, such as the email address used with FlowAssistant, the business name, the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account, and any other details that help us locate the data.

2. Business Account Data

If you are a FlowAssistant business customer, we can delete or close your workspace, remove connected integration tokens, and delete related account data where retention is no longer required for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.

3. Lead or Conversation Data

If you contacted a business that uses FlowAssistant, that business is normally responsible for deciding how your lead or conversation data is handled. You may contact that business directly, or email us and we will help route the request where appropriate.

4. Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Data

If FlowAssistant receives data from Meta products through a connected account, we use that data only to provide the features enabled by the business customer, such as receiving messages, replying to conversations, identifying connected Pages or Instagram accounts, and managing lead follow-up.

When a connected Meta account is removed or a deletion request is verified, we delete or disconnect stored access tokens and remove related data that is no longer needed to provide the service, unless we must retain limited records for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

5. Processing Time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the request or identify the relevant data, we will contact you using the email address provided.

6. What May Be Retained

Some limited information may be retained where required by law, for billing and tax records, fraud prevention, security logs, backup integrity, or to resolve disputes. Retained information is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
